As a Product Associate within the Rewards Team, you will author and release content on various Chase websites. The duties and functions of this role will require superior organization, effective communication, initiative, sound decision-making and the ability to coordinate efforts with multiple partners. You should possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, and flexibility within a high-paced, deadline driven organization. You must work well in a team environment, be a strong partner with our control, technology, and business partners, be able to represent the team with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute a Book of Work via Jira and Confluence dashboards with reporting to various teams
  • Manage daily and weekly work to ensure deadlines are met within release guidelines with no workflow defects
  • Maintain and review all work as part of a control process frequently for process improvement
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for completion of Book of Work
  • Support other release, defect, and initiatives as needed during non-scheduled hours
  • Communicate and present effectively to stakeholders and partners
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration and relationship building
  • Work autonomouslymanaging competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to make subjective and informed decisions based upon output
  • Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a content or communications role with a focus on use of technology
  • 1+ years of experience in a process improvement role with a focus on client experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with AEM tool
  • Experience working within JIRA
