As a Product Associate in Export Aggregation Product in Digital, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed product backlog specifications to map them into epics and user stories
  • Execute business and technical requirement in JIRA by writing initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with teams
  • Manage product development cycles, including planning, prioritization, and tracking progress. Facilitate sprint panning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Advocate for a user centric approach in driving commitment for critical dependencies, identify and sequence dependencies on other products and helps remove impediments for the team
  • Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
  • Manage key relationships and communications with stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management or relevant experience with agile product methodology and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Committed and self-motivation to learn and grow within the organization
  • Demonstrable experience working in banking, account opening, online and mobile platforms
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Computer Science, or related or comparable field of study
