The team

Client360 (C360) is JPMorgan's strategic solution for data on our customers in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). Our vision is to provide a singular, consistent and comprehensive view of client information, critical for driving coordination across JPM and improving client service and satisfaction. The CIB's Digital Platform & Services (DPS) Product team is responsible for delivering this effort in close partnership with the various businesses across the CIB.

This is a new and fast-growing team, based in London and New York. You will be part of an industry leading product division and will have the opportunity to influence our team's ways of working and culture as we expand.

The role

The Client360 team is hiring Product Associates as the interlock between C360's users (broad range of business leaders, Bankers, Markets sales/trading teams, Payments and Securities Services sales teams, finance, business management, and many others) and the delivery team (engineering and data across businesses). You will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision and execution, working closely with engineering and data teams to design, construct, and manage C360 with the ultimate goal of driving client engagement and business growth.

This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to:

  • Build a deep understanding for how JPM engages our extensive client base, including go-to-market strategies, relationship management priorities, and business development.
  • Play a leading role in delivering a transformational new solution within JPM that will influence how we engage our customers and drive business globally.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our products and ongoing success, becoming an expert in specific data domains related to a client.
  • Engage and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior business leads and C360 leads.
  • Drive customer-centric product development which translate business needs into tech / data requirements, epics and user stories.
  • Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of JPM's customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Partner with data scientists to derive business insights using data analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Graph) and forward-looking AI/ML capabilities.

About you

We know that there is no one template that makes great product and team players. As a guideline for Product Associates, we look for:

  • 3+ years of product management, or experience in other generalist problem solving environments, such as a top-tier management consultancy or investment bank.
  • Knowledge of JPM's business landscape with an understanding of how CIB engages clients with a broad set of products and services.
  • Interest in the product development lifecycle, including performing product discovery and requirement definition with a customer-centric mindset, along with data analytics and data literacy.
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting, and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple project work streams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
