Bring your expertise and influence the future of Consumer Bank Marketing Oversight. Working closely with our Consumer Bank Marketing partners, you will play a pivotal role in providing operational, process, and control oversight.

As a Process Manager Senior Associate on the Consumer Bank Marketing Oversight Team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your knowledge across a broad platform of control and process related disciplines. You have the ability to lead and influence direction across Consumer Bank Marketing in a meaningful and actionable manner

Job responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute oversight monitoring of key marketing initiatives including but not limited to the marketing controls and processes. Candidate is required to become a subject matter expert on internal marketing processes, procedures, and controls while executing all supporting activities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Learn the functional operation of key marketing tool and the processes driven by these tools. Provide instructional guidance and direction to all marketers on proper process, routings requirements, issue management, and technology issues
  • Manage assigned control processes with the expectation of knowing how the control functions and be able to lead control testing activities supporting marketers who own the controls
  • Document any / all revisions to controls or processes in a format that marketers and reviewers can easily follow and utilize. Effectively communicate to partners both in written and verbal venues to help guide marketers on proper procedural updates to oversight processes
  • Manage system reporting used by the Oversight team to manage day to day oversight and monitoring activities. Maintain detailed reporting and documentation for audit preparation
  • Partner with Controls members to manage projects and initiatives that involve risks and controls. Attend status meetings and adhoc meetings as necessary to provide updates. Accurately document and communicate progress
  • Ensure work is completed on time and that all requirements are executed according to scope
  • Manage the quality control of multiple projects, ensuring user adoption. Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to allow for efficiencies, and speed to market projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 + years of marketing/operational experience/ project management experience
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts, process, procedures, and methodologies
  • Sense of curiosity and proven ability and desire to learn and recall information quickly and to use and apply good common sense
  • Ability to react to a triage of situational circumstances and the ability to quickly assess, address and contain issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and concise, including the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to absorb and retain information readily and prioritize tasks to meet changing demands and work under deadline constraints

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related areas of job requirements - Marketing, Project Management, Risk and Controls, or operations experience in related areas
