We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our efforts in developing and managing products related to privileged access management in cloud environments. This role will involve strategic planning, product development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As a Product Manager in Privileged Access Assurance within the Identity Access Management (IAM) area, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Develops and executes a product strategy for privileged access management solutions in various cloud environments
- Collaborates with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the cloud security space
- Engages with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to inform product development
- Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Leads product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to cloud security and privileged access
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).
- Ability to manage backlog; analytical, problem solving skills
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; excellent skills in communicating ideas both written and verbal
- Work effectively in a team environment by being team-focused; supportive team member, always willing to be of assistance to others
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, particularly privileged access management, and familiarity with security standards and regulations
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Leadership and negotiation skills with prior experience managing a team of product associates; experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access
- Attention to detail and ability to manage shifting business priorities
- Self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
