Job Responsibilities:

  • Trade Support: Collaborate with Front Office Product Desks, Investors, Financial Advisors, and Client Service teams on trades in respective asset classes.
  • Operations Interface: Work with Operations on trade booking, fail management, exception processing, and ad hoc queries.
  • Inquiry Response: Address inquiries as required and provide timely resolutions.
  • Reconciliation: Review daily reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS): Compile MIS data for management reporting.
  • Documentation: Document procedures and process flows, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams on business requirements, procedures, and processes.
  • Client and Broker Support: Assist with day-to-day inquiries from Front Office, Clients, and Brokers.
  • Management Reporting: Assist with monthly management reporting tasks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Process-Driven: Ability to respond effectively to high-pressure deadlines and manage workflows.
  • Critical Thinking: High aptitude for critical thinking and the ability to develop and articulate complex agendas.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Must be a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with variety of products which include Equites, FX, Fixed Income
  • Familiarity with trade support and street/client-side settlements.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced trading environment.
