Performance Marketing brings Chase Marketing efforts to life, providing expertise in planning and execution across multiple channels and lines of business. The Print Production team's area of focus is the creation of print-ready files used in the direct mail and ad hoc print channels.

As a Print Production Artist, on the Performance Marketing Print Production team you will apply your expertise in graphic production and tools to create print-ready files for Chase print vendors. Your success in this role will be the result of your talent to produce error-free work that adheres to strict specifications and requirements, as well as your skills in time management and cross-team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare final print-ready per business requirements and specifications.
  • Package preflight files for release to print and direct mail vendors.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet critical deadlines.
  • Maintain high quality control standards, ensuring print components adhere to brand guidelines, and contain appropriate legal and regulatory content.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative and execution teams.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in complex production processes.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues through resolution.
  • Contribute to digital asset management and content libraries.
  • Create PDFs for print and client review.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience of graphic production in a commercial printing, in-house or agency environment
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Adept at reading and applying established specifications and requirements.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Ability to learn and follow complex processes.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadline.
  • Collaborative work style to successfully partner across multiple teams and vendors.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Background in traditional pre-press and/or commercial printing
  • Experience in banking/financial printing
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience using Project Management/Workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Screendragon)

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
