Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
  • Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
  • Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification in technology, plus Project/Program Management and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience highly collaboration with technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items.
  • Extensive experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
  • Experience in a COO or Chief of Staff role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives. Data-influenced decision making style.
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in driving complex investment projects forward, iterate and adapt. A strong understanding of financial control, budget management, risk management, and operations
  • Ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
  • Experience in agile transformation at scale
