Job responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Plans: Design and implement a comprehensive resiliency strategy that integrates business and technology risk management to mitigate risks associated with disruptive events.
- Implement Framework : Lead the development and deployment of the Operating Framework, tooling, and guidance to support effective planning, testing, and exercising of critical services.
- Manage Risk: Conduct regular risk and impact assessments of business and technology systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend controls to strengthen resilience.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders, including Application Owners, Delivery Managers, Tech and Business Control Managers, and regulators, to ensure alignment and integration of resiliency practices across the firm.
- Monitor and Report: Achieve risk and performance measures to continuously validate and assess the effectiveness of resiliency controls, incorporating them into reporting and escalation processes.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, supporting regulatory engagements and audits.
- Respond to Incidents: Participate in incident response, planning and root cause analysis to ensure quick recovery from disruptions. Oversee regulatory major incident reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of extensive experience in a regulated industry, focusing on risk management, resiliency, program management, or controls.
- Proficient knowledge in core infrastructure technologies and experience with cloud provider products and services.
- Strong ability to influence and drive change, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team of Resiliency Managers across regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with internal management, auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expert in managing relationships, partnering with stakeholders and resolving conflict to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Excellence in High-Pressure Environments: Demonstrated leadership in crisis management, strategic stress management, task prioritization, and sound decision-making, with the ability to excel in problem-solving, swiftly adapt to dynamic situations, and lead teams with confidence during challenging times.
- Experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits aligned with FFIEC financial industry guidelines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks, including experience with NIST, CIS, ISO/IEC 27001.
- Experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits aligned with FFIEC financial industry guidelines.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and empower diverse global teams to collaborate and execute in a cross-functional environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, Risk Management, Resiliency related discipline.
