Overview: The Technical Program Manager will spearhead a range of critical programs both within and outside the group, operating within a Product Model framework structured around vertical towers. This role serves as a vital horizontal alignment and delivery function, ensuring seamless integration across various product lines and customer groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of key initiatives within the Product Line, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and status meetings to drive project success.
- Engage with stakeholders across Infrastructure Platforms and the customer base at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide comprehensive status updates, focusing on timelines, delivery, blockers, and options rather than technical details.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of stakeholders within the business and internal Infrastructure Platforms groups.
- Document and distribute status updates efficiently across the stakeholder community.
- Influence and collaborate with Infrastructure Platforms and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Partner with Product Owners as needed to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead the development of large-scale plans, including financial management and forecasting.
