This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm's commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly. The Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for maximizing the value and impact of data globally, in a highly governed way. It consists of several teams focused on accelerating JPMorgan Chase's data, analytics and AI journey, including; data strategy, data impact optimization, privacy, data governance, transformation and talent.

As a Portfolio Management Operations - Vice President within the Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO), you will be at the forefront of our data strategy and execution. You will lead initiatives that equip our Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with AI-ready data and robust risk management tools. Your work will ensure the effective governance and transparency of our data portfolio, driving strategic change and innovation. Job Responsibilities:
- Support all portfolio management processes, including investment planning and delivery operating model.
- Implement tools to support the CDO change portfolio governance, reporting, and control frameworks.
- Ensure transparency into the delivery roadmap, identifying trends and critical RAID items.
- Run processes to measure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders to gather status updates and drive program reporting.
- Drive portfolio management discipline and continuous improvement across the Firmwide CDO.
- Produce all portfolio governance forum packs in support of the Firmwide CDO execution governance.
- Ensure evidence of Firmwide execution governance is maintained as planned.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across Lines of Businesses and functional areas.
- Coach team members and contribute to the wider group's objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong experience in Portfolio/Program/Change Management governance and process design.
- Proven track record of running and improving portfolio management across a large, complex organization.
- Ability to produce executive-level portfolio status packs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and ensure strategic change execution.
- Ability to build consensus and progress initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional, and matrix environment.
- Ability to influence people at all levels across various functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong data, analytics, or product background.
- Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture.
- MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program.
