Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO) is part of the Digital & Platform Services organization in the Corporate & Investment Bank. It provides the following capabilities:

  • Operational support to the JPMC Payments businesses including Treasury Services, Commercial Card, Trade Finance and Merchant Services
  • Payment hub services for all firm wide divisions.
  • Cross-product cash management, reconciliation and change management services.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts capturing Business Requirements & Acceptance Criteria directly supporting Product Owners who are changes across Regulatory/Audit, Tech Platforms, Payment Products and centrally run initiatives
  • PCSIO consists of over 10,000 employees across 60 sites and supports 142k corporations, financial institutions, governments and municipalities domiciled in over 180 countries.

    Regulatory reporting requirements are complex, increasing in nature, and our reporting infrastructure requires upgrade to meet these requirements. We want to strengthen our management of those regulatory reporting needs and drive significant improvement around completeness, control and ability to adapt to new requirements.

    We are seeking an Vice President to report into RegOps Change Execution Lead [VP] and provide support in managing BAs delivering a multi-year strategic transformation roadmap. The BAs are a mix of FTEs and a managed service.

    Job Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of Business Requirements Capture as part of the end-to-end Global Change Management process: Business Requirements Gathering ; Requirements Validation ; Writing Business Requirements Documents ; Writing Epics and User Stories ; Acceptance Criteria
  • Present Requirements in front of Feature teams ensuring that deep-dive walkthroughs are done as per agreed timeframe
  • Work with SMEs from branches to fully understand Payments Regulatory Reporting Operational Procedures, clarifying Requirements and identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Report on change progress, individual team metrics, process improvements, etc.
  • Propose and Document Change Management process changes, outlining RegOps procedures and User guides using Confluence wiki
  • Participate in the overall Change Management continuous improvement initiatives such as Testing and Knowledge Management; close liaison with RegOps Data Management and Governance teams, Global and Regional Tech teams

    Preferred qualification, skills & capabilities

    • Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape: Tax, Anti-Money-Laundering, PSD2, Payment Transactions, SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, paper based, clearings, ISO standards, SWIFT etc
    • Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
