Payments Marketing Strategic Client Content Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Strategic Client Content Leader to join our Regional & Industry Coverage team within our Payments Marketing organization.

As a Strategic Client Content Team Leader within our Payments Marketing department, you will be instrumental in providing our sales team with the necessary content, resources, and training to boost revenue growth and meet sales objectives. Your proficiency in storytelling, strategic and creative sales enablement, presentation development, relationship building, strategic thinking, change management, and team leadership will be key to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic client content strategy and oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling storytelling narratives in multiple formats that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiates us in the market
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Champion the effort to ensure sales team is adequately trained on key Marketing initiatives
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies among the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes
  • Manage a high-performing team by providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, and by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, trust, and accountability
  • Nurture existing commitment to compliance ensuring adherence to processes while maintaining a state of readiness for audits through continuous monitoring and protective measures

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in the payments industry or a demonstrated passion and aptitude for rapidly mastering complex topics
  • Proficient in crafting compelling narratives, adept at simplifying intricate subjects, and skilled in creating visually engaging content
  • Essential to possess up-to-date knowledge of presentation design concepts and innovative storytelling techniques
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field, demonstrating a track record of driving sales effectiveness and achieving results
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze business priorities, market trends, client insights, competitive dynamics and results to inform sales enablement strategies and initiatives
  • Change management expertise with the ability to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies among the sales team
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
