Your responsibilities will include preparing client research, pitching material, conducting industry analysis, and managing project assignments. You will also review and analyze transactional data, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage, and regional/global setup. Coordinating cross-functional stakeholder engagement to align with broader firm-wide interests and the clients' objectives will also be a part of your role. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and knowledge of Nordic languages would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales team on sales pitch materials, prepare client research, industry analysis and project assignments.
- Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reporting.
- Assist Sales team to ensure that clients are receiving agreed services.
- Review and analyse transactional data to identify key trends, risks, pricing/billing inefficiencies.
- Support the team to manage the end-to-end sales cycle including pricing and fee billing set up.
- Understand the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage and regional/global setup.
- Support Sales managers with preparation of proposals and material for internal approvals.
- Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients. Provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region.
- Be part of the team to help with due diligence to understand transaction flows and identify associated risks, ensuring robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes.
- Contribute as the voice of the client in cross-functional partner engagement to ensure alignment with broader firm wide interests and the clients' objectives.
- Develop both internal and client relationships with Sales team key stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions.
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Aspire to develop the necessary sales and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales role.
- Results oriented. Able to work under pressure within tight timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- This role requires fluency in English and Nordic languages would be an advantage.
