This role is a part of Payments - Data and Web Analytics team, where you should be able to translate business questions into appropriate action plans and present these plans to the senior leadership.

As a Digital Analytics Specialist within our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing website behavior data for our US and Canada sites. You will create a comprehensive measurement framework to track new site enhancements and campaigns, and generate detailed customer journeys. Your insights will promote strategic decisions, optimize user experience, and increase acquisition and engagement on our website. You will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional stakeholders, translate business questions into action plans, and present your plans to senior leadership. This role provides an opportunity to take the lead in setting up a strong foundation for digital measurement and to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, analyze and interpret website behavior data using Adobe Analytics and other digital analytics platform.
  • Develop dashboards and actionable visuals to report traffic trends, channel performance and conversion funnel metrics
  • Ensure accurate tracking and data collection by channel/campaign by working with website developers to implement and maintain analytics tags and scripts.
  • Develop detailed customer journey maps by analyzing user interactions across various touch points, utilize frontend or backend Adobe data into behavioral patterns and use statistical methods to segment audiences
  • Identify opportunities for improving website performance and proactively communicate recommendations to leadership and various teams across the firm to influence strategies.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, apply statistical tools and models using Python and SQL
  • Be the subject matter expert, provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages and channel performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in roles within digital and traditional marketing analytics
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, analytics, data science or related fields
  • 5+ years of strong experience in web analytics using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other digital analytics and tag management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools and technologies like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Snowflake
  • Strong relationship/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to flex, adapting to shifting priorities, requirements and timelines
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Knowledge about CDPs like Segment, CRMs like Salesforce and other Martech will be preferred
