The Payments Controls organization is seeking a Associate to join the Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement (GRDE) function to deliver on GRDE specific engagements and execute on regulatory and control activities. As an Associate you will focus on monitoring, identifying and understanding Regulatory Changes impacting Payments, and engage with the business and other stakeholders through the regulatory change life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analytical Support for Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) - Troubleshoot issues, bug fixes and answer queries from team.
- Support CRA data generation, validation, upload and sync with CCOR (Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk)
- Build automation processes and reports for CRA
- Address queries related to CRA and work with the broader team to address any identified data quality issues

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- 5 + years of experience in banking, finance, or related fields with exposure in payments system/fintech/data management.
- Experience working in Regulatory or Control function
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science of other related disciplines
- Excellent skills in database and BI with strong knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of API and capable to build small Web Service from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
- Working knowledge of AI/ML technology. Capable to use LLM to build applications highly desirable.
- Excellent skills in database and BI with strong knowledge of QlikSense,VBA,Access/VBA , SAS, R
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
