Job responsibilities
- Day to day workflow oversight.
- Full operational support to different LOBs regarding external payments,
- Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently,
- Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion,
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved,
- Resolving escalations in a timely fashion and according to our service level agreement,
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate or bachelor student,
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience in managing high volume flows with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
- Alteryx & UI Path knowledge is a plus.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant experience in related functions or businesses.
