Payment Lifecycle Specialist/ Operations Analyst

Asia Core Cash Operations is responsible for completing fund transfer requests / payments / Cheques received from our clients both financial & non-financial institutions. Transaction requests are received through SWIFT / Cheques / Manual Instruction.

Job Summary:

As a Cash Operations Team Member, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operational activities including Cheques / Swift processing & Client authentication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing Swift / ISO payment Local & FX including serial and cover payments.
  • Clearing Cheque including Inward, Outward & Collection products. Payment Support activities such as manual instruction validation, Nostro Recon, EOD Reconciliation, Fund control Checks, etc.
  • Monitoring process mailbox and managing queries / escalation. Monitoring and clearing processing queue.
  • Maintaining accuracy in production. Performing Quality check on regular basis.
  • Following regulatory & Process requirement and maintaining Standard Operating Process.
  • Ensuring exception procedures are followed for every process deviation.
  • Completing assigned tasks is completed within expected timelines. Ensuring TAT is meet for process handled. Coordinating with stakeholders including service / product and regional management.
  • Maintaining MIS / productivity tracker Ensuring timely escalation performed in case of issues and Assisting PVT during weekends (as and when required)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of SWIFT / ISO & Cheque product.
  • Knowledge in Nostro recon and monitoring
  • Work experience of Minimum 2 years in similar role/function.
  • Graduate and above.
  • Flexibility in working hours / days.
  • Should be familiar with AI tools.
