The Paid Media Analytics team partners with Media, Performance Marketing and all Chase Lines of Business across all paid channels working closely with our Agency, Media, Publisher and LOB partners to transform data into insights and tools. We as a centralized team are problem solvers, trusted advisors, builders and innovators working to increase efficiencies, expand measurement and provide our stakeholders with the right information to make data-driven decisions.

As a Senior Analyst, Paid Media Analytics you will be the analytical and optimization expert for driving improvements for campaign-performance, encompassing paid marketing channels that include social, display, video, audio, etc. You should be self-driven and independent, motivated to establish and grow a platform to push the business forward. You will partner with campaign managers, media planners, data scientists, platform partners and line of business teams to assess, optimize and plan marketing performance. This will include a balance of reporting, data analysis, data visualization, optimization, data projection and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytical assessment of campaign performance, isolating key drivers of success aligned to business goals
  • Establish and track campaign performance KPIs, communicating findings to senior marketing partners to improve strategy
  • Aggregate data across platforms and sources to assemble a complete campaign view
  • Lead performance review calls with multiple stakeholders
  • Forecast business KPIs and report progress against goals
  • Partner with analytics and media teams to engineer test designs that measure the efficacy of our media execution
  • Collaborate with media and execution teams by using data-driven learnings to advise on strategic media plans
  • Define tracking, tagging and measurement requirements of campaigns & tests
  • Lead the omni-channel transformation for the line of business to create journey across all channels (Paid Social, Paid Digital, Paid and Organic Search, Email, Owned)
  • Work as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including the Line of Business, media planning, media buying and audience management teams
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories through data both visually and verbally

Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics
  • Proven track record of problem-solving using data
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data
  • Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills who can independently drive results
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual who shows curiosity about the data they work with
  • Comfort building and managing relationships with both analytics and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator to multi-level audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or marketing discipline

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, with a marketing focus preferred
  • Media buying or media analytics or OmniChannel analytics experience preferred
  • Tableau or Alteryx experience preferred
  • Experience with best-in-class web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with media buying platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, DV360, Trade Desk, etc.) a plus
