As a Vice President- Project Manager, you will be leading technology related projects and providing support for various initiatives and any associated business transformative projects. You will oversee end-to-end project execution for both, P&A and Controllers related projects including, project plans, requirements, design, testing, dependencies/ risks/ issues, and benefits realization. Working with the different LOB business leads, the Project Manager will develop deep knowledge of each project and related BAU operations. You should have exceptional communication and project management skills, demonstrating solid judgment and leadership, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment. Background in Finance and/or Technology is preferred.

You will lead and collaborate with Line of Business teams to implement initiatives across Finance's strategic architecture, focusing on platforms for planning and forecasting (e.g., Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, Revenues, Expenses, Headcount).

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic oversight and leadership for the end-to-end management of multiple large-scale projects within the P&A and Controllers organizations. This includes managing scope, business benefits, project plans, timelines, and proactively identifying and resolving issues, risks, and dependencies. Generate and analyze management information systems (MIS) reports to inform decision-making.
  • Driving the strategic vision and direction of project agendas to meet and exceed business needs and objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, senior-level client relationships to ensure a consistent and excellent client experience.
  • Facilitating effective communication and engagement among all work streams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Organizing and leading forums for project updates, maintain project scorecards, and ensure robust governance to track progress and performance.
  • Partnering with business leads to gather and refine strategic business requirements, providing leadership to drive successful project delivery.
  • Overseeing the entire UAT process, including defining test strategies and test cases, engaging with Lines of Business for testing, and managing overall test execution.
  • Assessing, documenting, and innovating operating model considerations, including process flows and touchpoints.
  • Developing comprehensive training materials and lead training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance.
  • 8-10 years of project management and business analysis experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and initiatives. Extensive end-to-end project management experience, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management. Strong understanding of different development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of data flow between applications and cloud architecture, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to operate with an ownership mindset, taking initiative and driving results.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • P&A and/or Controllers business experience is preferred.
    • Technical knowledge and experience, including Cloud, Databricks, AWS, LLM, AI/ML, is preferred
