Continuous review and improvement of our process is one key focus, and you can be a key contributor in the identification of those opportunities as well as in the implementation and control. Analytical and technical skills as well as flexibility, curiosity and stakeholder management skills will help you to deliver on those initiatives end to end.

As an Associate within the JPMSE Outsourcing Governance Oversight Team, you will support multiple initiatives and strategic deliverables the team is working on. You will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders to support a flawless execution of project as well as reporting deliverables.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyse, consolidate and support production of reports on trends/metrics/data suitable for consumption at varying seniority levels
  • Support the production of regular reports and presentations on outsourcing-related metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting
  • Contribute actively to Continuous Improvement projects with a focus on operational readiness and efficiency improvements
  • Provide implementation support including process change management and ensure those implementations meet requirements in a sustainable manner
  • Work with the team and other stakeholders to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets
  • Build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics as well as the regulatory landscape impacting Outsourcing in Europe.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Business analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking end-to-end ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Experience with and interest in Automation Tools such as Alteryx and Tableau or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures and processes
  • Strong communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on time-sensitive initiatives
