As an Associate within the JPMSE Outsourcing Governance Oversight Team, you will support multiple initiatives and strategic deliverables the team is working on. You will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders to support a flawless execution of project as well as reporting deliverables.
Job responsibilities
- Analyse, consolidate and support production of reports on trends/metrics/data suitable for consumption at varying seniority levels
- Support the production of regular reports and presentations on outsourcing-related metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting
- Contribute actively to Continuous Improvement projects with a focus on operational readiness and efficiency improvements
- Provide implementation support including process change management and ensure those implementations meet requirements in a sustainable manner
- Work with the team and other stakeholders to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets
- Build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics as well as the regulatory landscape impacting Outsourcing in Europe.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proactive approach to problem solving, taking end-to-end ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience with and interest in Automation Tools such as Alteryx and Tableau or a willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
- Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
- Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures and processes
- Strong communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on time-sensitive initiatives
