Your role is crucial as the main point of contact for customers, requiring a sense of urgency and teamwork to deliver exceptional service.

- Prepare and move loans to PAG Underwriting in a timely manner for final underwriting.
- Complete loan submissions and update the conversation log as needed.
- Work directly with Management Agents/HOA/Developers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Order, review, and submit Condo/Coop and Attached PUD documents before submission to underwriting.
- Check alternative documentation for accuracy and potential problems.
- Manage pipeline effectively.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in mortgage loan processing (conventional and government, purchase and refinance, FHA/VA) with a minimum of 1-2 years.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage difficult conversations to a successful outcome.
- Ability to manage pipeline daily while meeting monthly production and quality goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
