The Crescendo Platform team is tasked with ensuring that the Commercial Bank's investments in business process tools enhance the client experience, improve internal process efficiencies, and utilize data to deliver client insights and opportunities..
As an Operations Senior Associate you will oversee and support the execution of daily processes concerning data quality, data management, and delivery within the AWS environment. This role involves collaborating with the local manager and global financial operations teams to achieve strategic objectives and fulfill responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery to various business finance, operations, and technology functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with business finance, operations, and technology partners worldwide.
- Communicate promptly about impacts and deliverables between geographically diverse teams.
- Manage over 3,000 data feeds to collect, process, and publish daily reports to Qlik Dashboards, Cubes, and Data Services, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to data quality and processing.
- Continuously identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct testing of new functional releases to enhance the operations cycle

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Holds a BS/BA degree, with an MBA or related Master's Degree being advantageous, and has experience as a people manager with a team currently reporting to them.
- Possesses over 8 years of experience in executing production environment operating models across business lines in the financial services industry, ensuring timely delivery of quality data.
- Demonstrates a proven track record in executing strategic process and technology initiatives aligned with business and finance objectives, and has the ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Exhibits strong relationship management and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL, and the ability to adapt to a changing business landscape while focusing on key issues and driving initiatives to completion.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven experience working with AWS environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development, with knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau being advantageous
