As an Onboarding Analyst within the Commercial Bank organization, you will play a pivotal role in improving the client onboarding process. Collaborating closely with Onboarding Specialists and various operations teams, you will assist in integrating the client's business with the Commercial Bank's products and services. This position provides an opportunity to develop essential project management skills, explore innovative ideas for process enhancements, and gain insights into the global treasury and cash management sector.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare client engagement materials (e.g. project plans, meeting minutes, agendas) and create a shared master tracker for VP global mandates
- Update the implementation target dates and comments based on one-on-one meetings with VP International Onboarding Specialists
- Collaborate with the international coverage teams on behalf of the VP being supported to establish clear implementation details
- Begin learning and assisting VP's with implementing core treasury products
- Explore creative/innovative ways to further enhance the VP project support process to optimize efficiencies
- Utilize creative problem solving and solid decision-making abilities to deliver business driven results
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (time management and attention to detail)
- Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication ability
