As a North America Payments Sales - Financial Institutions Business Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will act as a trusted advisor to our Regional Sales Heads, optimizing business performance and promoting strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, manage key business governance initiatives, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our business. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee performance metrics, including financials, deal pipeline, and expenses.
  • Assist in key business, strategic, regulatory, and governance priorities.
  • Coordinate and deliver key sales initiatives and projects.
  • Support region-wide initiatives and represent the Payments business in meetings.
  • Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically and communicate effectively with partners.
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams, identifying risks and driving resolution.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective under pressure, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
  • Experience with Alteryx for efficient data analysis and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of Treasury Services, Payments, or Banking products.
