New Joiner Experience (NJE), Recruitment Country Partner located in Luxembourg, will work as part of a team of 5 Leads covering all EMEA locations, this team sits within our EMEA NJE function. This position will report to the NJE Lead for EMEA Ex-UK countries.

You will be accountable for end-end oversight of the NJE function for your aligned country coverage. Critical to success will be your ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders across the NJE and wider HR functions within a complex global organization.

You will be able to drive change and work with managers at varying levels of the organization to execute strategic priorities. You will be the NJE advisor to the HR Country Head and help senior managers engage with relevant specialists to bring resolution to their recruitment related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the regional recruiting strategy at the location level as well as location-specific NJE initiatives e.g. attraction - brand awareness/Diversity & Inclusion
  • Pull together regular metrics across NJE to share with the local stakeholders and HR
  • Encourage continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices across all NJE processes in location
  • Act as a point of escalation and triage any NJE issues that arise in the location
  • Remain current on location regulatory requirements pertaining to NJE function
  • Understand risks related to the NJE function in location and operate/advise within established risk parameters
  • Build and manage relationships with Agency suppliers as required
  • Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform NJE strategies
  • Demonstrate ability as a NJE subject matter and location expert to advise on meaningful recruiting strategies and sourcing channels, which support the development of diverse, qualified candidate pools
  • Be the key contact for NJE for HR Business Partners, Compensation and other HR Specialists for the location
  • Partner/advise on senior hiring as defined for the location
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruiting process for defined portfolio, create and implement recruiting strategies, including sourcing and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant In-house NJE experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment, preferably within Financial Services
  • Experienced at devising and delivering NJE strategies to meet business hiring demands within the location market
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and partner on issues across NJE/HR and the business
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships
  • Knowledge of location employment laws/regulation
  • Excellent influencing, communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management
  • A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French or German
