Job Summary:
As a Network Performance Manager within the Network Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring service excellence and driving enhancements across our global cash management network. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions, contributing to the success of J.P. Morgan and its clients.

The Network Management team is integral to J.P. Morgan's operations, supporting various lines of business. With a presence in key global markets, we ensure seamless service delivery and foster strong relationships with financial market infrastructures and agent banks. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining these relationships and enhancing service performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for global network performance management.
  • Improve agent performance and service delivery across cash providers.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts with external providers and internal partners.
  • Design and implement service agreements to meet operational requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated service issues.
  • Conduct service reviews and assess risk.
  • Utilize data analysis to enhance agent performance.
  • Manage incident and crisis situations effectively.
  • Participate in regional and global projects with agent banks and FMIs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of cash-related products in the FX Payments business.
  • Understanding of industry and market developments impacting agent banks.
  • Strong team player with risk management and compliance skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and agent banks.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in network management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence successful outcomes.
  • Motivated self-starter with a quick learning ability.

Required or Additional Information:

  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
  • You must be willing to work during our operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
