As a Network Management Analyst within the Network Management Oversight (NMO) team, you will work alongside Network Managers, Regional Heads, technology teams and functional partners across the firm. Within the oversight team, you will monitor and support throughout the due diligence oversight cycle culminating in the production of the Final Assessment Reports (FARs) for submission to the lines of business for their review and risk acknowledgment as appropriate. You will perform detailed business impact analysis in support of management decisions and document requirements, provide solutions, escalate and ensure issues are resolved. This will require you to manage implementations to changes of the process, and lead/participate in meetings for stakeholders. You'll provide continuous feedback on status, issues and coordinate to completion. In this role you will act as a key point of contact to support the annual oversight process is completed within the timeframes required by the governance framework.

Job responsibilities

  • Completes data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions
  • Identifies gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and participate in driving resolution of mitigating controls
  • Works across Network Management and functional partners to design and implements enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering
  • Develops and implements solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls
  • Maintains up to date procedures and training manuals to reflect the changes in the process including obtaining necessary approvals to be ratified by Network Management leadership
  • Supports user acceptance test plans and test cases, and execute user acceptance testing and interpret, assess, and communicate results to enable signoff on deliverables
  • Provides implementation support, inclusive of testing and process change management, and ensure those implementations meet requirements established by Oversight and Control partners
  • Works with minimal direction/independently, keeping management informed of progress and escalating issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Business analysis experience
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
