Job Summary
As a Vice President in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to our global Mid-Corporate clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio, with a significant focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Mid-Corporate clients, focusing on companies with revenues of $500 million and above. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.
- Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
- Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
- Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.
- Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Maintain open, clear, fluid communication with stakeholders, i.e., bankers, product partners, implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Proven track record in Payments sales, with experience managing complex client transactions.
- Demonstrable track record of successful selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.
- Demonstrate your experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in EMEA/US/Asia Pacific (APAC)/Latin American (LATAM).
- Knowledge, skills, and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.
- Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peer groups.
- Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills necessary.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage processes efficiently.
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Head Quartered (HQ) client experience is preferred, but HQ subsidiary experience would also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics related major preferred); Master's degree preferred. Or able to demonstrate an extensive level of performing successfully in a similar role.
- Some business travels should be considered
