As a Merchant Operations Associate within Chase Media Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of merchant campaign setups. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our broader organizational goals by maintaining data integrity and facilitating rapid market deployment.

Job responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with campaign operations, merchant operations, analytics, account management and sales to resolve issues related to campaign setup and execution.
  • Investigate and address escalations from internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality during campaign onboarding.
  • Collaborate with national sales to gather campaign parameters and launch offers in a timely manner.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve operational efficiency and recommend solutions to greater operations team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an operational role.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Creation and implementation of standard operating procedures and process workflows.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Maintain relationships and communication by responding timely and accurately to both, internal and external questions, and requests for information.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as program expands.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software for data management.
  • Understanding of Credit Card rewards programs.
