As a Merchant Experience Senior Product Associate within Chase Media Solutions, you will own strategy & defining of requirements for new ways for merchants to offer discounts to consumers. These new ways could vary in how the offer is funded, what users are eligible, what transactions are eligible, and so on. To refine and deliver these, you will need to coordinate key business leaders across JPMorganChase as well as delivery teams across multiple products including Chase Media Solutions.

Job responsibilities:
- Be an expert on our business (including constraints), the industry (including new trends), the competitive landscape (including risks to our business), and the customers we serve everyday
- Collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders from multiple lines of businesses and functions to workshop the best solution that meets the needs of all impacted teams. Solutions will require changes to UI, backend, as well as overall strategy
- Demonstrate a strong cross-functional leadership mindset
- Deliver new offer constructs on-time and fully tested
- Manage and maintain a robust risk and control environment
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale programs and product management
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders and partners
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage that analysis to make data driven product decisions
- Proven background in partnering with technology partners to translate product requirements into technology sizing estimates and requirements
- Experience in successfully prioritizing new features, while balancing the needs of a cross-functional stakeholder group
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience with technical products / demonstrated ability to understand complex tech stacks at a high-level
- Experience in offers campaigns or Business to Business (B2B) spaces
- Experience in highly regulated industries
