As a Sales Support Specialist in the Markets Sales team, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing transactions with clients notably with asset managers in structured products area. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution, from pre-trade preparation to post-trade tasks. Your efforts will help build strong structured products business and contribute to our derivative business growth strategy. - Communicate and manage the execution of transactions with Japanese client such as asset managers, and institutional investors for structured fund business
- Review term sheet and pre-confirmations
- Booking of transaction and reconciliation
- Coordinate automation effort with index team and technology team for recurrent service such as daily and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with internal team for trouble-shooting.
- Support structuring team and sales team in structured fund business
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Japanese and English - Business level
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive under competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs.
- Comfortable interacting with business clients and management.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English & Japanese.
- Strong Microsoft Office/PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Experience in derivative
- Experience in financial firms (investment bank, asset manager, securities) would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience working with a variety of cultures.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous with details, and self-sufficient.
- Experience in managing relationships across all levels.
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
