As a Marketing Strategy Analyst on the JPMorgan Private Wealth marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting segment leads to guide client engagement across J.P Morgan Wealth Management. As someone who loves a challenge, you'll help project manage a rapidly growing technology project to ensure each monthly email launches flawlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to partner cross functionally, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. You'll work alongside industry experts and have the chance to contribute to impactful projects that drive business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help oversee and map end-to-end campaign journeys
  • Implement learning agendas and testing plans to optimize marketing tactics
  • Identify opportunities for hyper-personalization to enhance client journeys
  • Ensure quality control of creative materials and manage approvals and distribution
  • Track performance results and share insights with key partners
  • Maintain campaign calendars across Advice products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional experience in a office setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
  • Experience in strategy: engagement, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing
