The Commercial Banking Marketing Operations Project Management Team is seeking an energetic, highly adaptable self-starter who is passionate about facilitating project execution throughout the marketing lifecycle.
As a Marketing Operations Project Manager within the Commercial Banking Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with various teams and ensuring projects are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining strict adherence to procedures and controls, and your excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate and collaborate with project team members to define specifics for creative development and channel distribution.
- Coordinate with various production teams (Social, Creative, Content, Web, Email, etc.) to align resources with capacity and Service Level Agreements to meet business deadlines.
- Oversee the project lifecycle by proactively guiding projects through internal systems, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions for project timelines. Document and implement scope changes as needed.
- Educate employees on key marketing systems, processes, and controls.
- Manage and lead daily status meetings with production teams and project stakeholders to assess incoming project work, resource allocation, and resolve outstanding issues.
- Recommend improvements to internal team processes and systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience; a marketing background is recommended
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Understanding of print, digital, and social channels
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Marketing experience
- Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Basecamp, or Monday.com
