As an Acquisition List Marketing Delivery Associate you will utilize relational databases and automated tools to develop and create direct mail and email campaign marketing lists to profitably acquire new credit card customers. This position resides within the Audience Management organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group.

Job responsibilities

  • Candidate must have the ability to liaison with stakeholders across various lines of businesses to manage and implement end-to-end campaign list execution activities.
  • Analyze business requirements to build technical list requirements determining optimal campaign targeting. processing, and segmentation capabilities for specific credit card programs.
  • Validate and effectively communicate all data exclusions, selection criteria and record counts on output files.
  • Interface with Marketing and Campaign Management Teams to insure the timeliness and quality of the marketing data and output lists.
  • Meet critical business continuity requirements of the global List team by executing campaigns and attending meetings to ensure Stakeholder timelines are met in both the India and USA timeframes.
  • Proactively manage cross-team activities, making actionable recommendations to improve

marketing execution, and production processes, while maintaining the delivery schedule.
  • Resolve issues/process defects and seek clarification from internal/external clients.
  • Assess work complexity and communicate project timeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Initiate, develop and implement functional enhancements to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce cycle time, and improve campaign execution automation
  • Perform user testing using functional enhancements for the Campaign Spec Tool.

  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • SQL experience required
    • 3+ years credit card/financial services or database/direct marketing experience required
    • Experience either working for or with third party vendors and development teams
    • Computer literacy / proficiency Microsoft Office suite and other reporting tools
    • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential
    • Have a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • SAS experience preferred
    • Involvement in campaign and list management preferred
