Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Corporate & Investment Bank Team as a Sales Support Database Analyst and provide high-level design work for various sales proposals, presentations and support materials.

As a Sales Support Database Analyst within the Global Payments Proposal Solutions Group (GPPSG) team, you will be managing the administration and maintenance of client and internal information repository and ensuring that content is in adherence to the firm prescribed guide and format.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration and maintenance of the document repository, which includes client-facing and internal information on products, capabilities, locations and functional groups; this entails working closely with Subject Matter Experts from across the business
  • Providing support and training to users of the global repository; this can include basic user administration, technical trouble-shooting and educating users on processes and system features
  • Ensuring all database content adheres to style guide and formatting requirements.
  • Logging and tracking work as required by team procedures
  • Proactively identifying potential process improvements and ways to increase the team's efficiency
  • Driving projects related to new features and functionality as well as undertaking system testing
  • Interaction and collaboration with the wider teams within Global Payments Proposal Solutions Group (GPPSG)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in banking, business management, or marketing.
  • Possess content management experience.
  • Maintain, proofread, and edit business documents (e.g., reports, presentations, procedures, guides).
  • Work effectively in a virtual team or partner with team members/stakeholders in other locations.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate confidently with stakeholders (up to Executive Director) in various global locations.
  • Manage multiple activities concurrently and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Take initiative and ownership while supporting the wider team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
  • Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) skills.
  • Pay rigorous attention to detail and focus on high quality.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Possess knowledge of cash and liquidity management, trade, and/or merchant products.
  • Deliver training to internal or external stakeholders/clients, either face-to-face or remotely/via phone.
  • Possess a background in the financial industry
