As a Market Readiness Associate on the Market Management & Client Solutioning team, you will equip the sales team with the necessary strategy, value proposition and client messaging tools to effectively sell treasury and payments products across all market segments within the Commercial Bank. You will utilize your project management skills to support a successful sales readiness strategy for product launches.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategy and initiative leads to manage projects across various payment product cohorts
- Support development of sales-focused training (industry and persona-based)
- Support development of client messaging (industry and persona-based conversation starters and pitchbooks)
- Support an ambitious roadmap of sales readiness for new products, capabilities, and partnerships
- Lead initiatives and bring new, exciting solutions to market by supporting sales readiness efforts

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market, product management, product marketing, communications, treasury management sales, or business to business sales
- Creative thinker with strong story-telling skills in PowerPoint, Shorthand, and internal applications
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple, diverse engagements with strong attention to details
- Strong writing skills and proven experience communicating key value messages across matrixed organizations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Inquisitive thinker with passion for understanding our clients' business and needs
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic levels (defining customer problems, marketing, and positioning of solutions) and also at tactical levels, such as training internal teams and managing project plans
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Knowledge and experience selling payment solutions or treasury solutions
- Experience in notable product marketing campaigns, marketing collateral and successful pilot and rollout execution
