Looking to join a team who maintains a culture of excellence that is agnostic of platform or client, while contributing to the delivery of first class managed product offerings? Our role uses multiple strategies and channels for implementation of its discretionary investment strategies, including mutual funds, private funds, exchange traded funds and notes, structured products, and other types of instruments. You will have knowledge across products, possess uniquely sharp client service skills, understand portfolio management methodologies, and have a working knowledge of the servicing toolset in support of the Advisor community.

As an Associate within the Managed Platform Services (MPS) team, you will support the cross line of business eco-system for Managed Accounts. This is a highly visible role that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful risk mitigation at all times. This is a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset by participating in the manual process inventory reduction goals of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the user community in all aspects of the platform ranging from trading to day-to-day issues/support.
  • Manage data such as: reconciliation, data quality issues, golden source data
  • Work directly with Product Owners to prioritize resolution of system defects.
  • Support daily inquiries, integrate content to assist management maintain KPI's.
  • Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Serve as a 1st point of contact for the user community.
  • Assist management to identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Help support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
  • Support ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a supporting role
  • Investment management expertise/experience or security lifecycle is required.
  • Knowledge of multi-asset markets, products and processes required.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Be a collaborator who shows commitment and dedication and can maintain a positive attitude and prominent level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficiency in Citizen Developer tools such as Alteryx & Python will enhance the capability of the candidate.
