Pucallpa, Peru

Location Management Analyst to assist with in-hub coordination and driving initiatives across all three Program pillars. The Location Management analyst will support the Location Manager to coordinate with key location, functional and regional partners to ensure smooth hub operations and foster a strong corporate culture on campus.

Responsibilities

  • People
    • Organize JPMC campus activities and events
    • Partner with HR to promote diversity events and initiatives
    • Promote talent and mobility events
    • Build and sustain a leadership and volunteer network to supports non-HR employee events
  • Community
    • Partner with Volunteer Leadership Groups to facilitate local volunteer opportunities
    • Work with Location Leadership and Business Leads to build community partnerships (e.g., local businesses, government relations)
    • Support Green & Sustainability initiatives

  • Manage rollout of site-specific initiatives
  • Coordinate with Chief Administrative Office functions to deliver improved campus offerings and address all site related Chief Administrative Office issues
  • Raise Global Real Estate project requests if needed

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 2+ years of broad Tech, Ops or "other related support" experience, Program or Project Management background preferred
  • Superior organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of the organization across all functions within a location to foster a collaborative, positive culture
  • Proven ability to present to a variety of audiences in a concise, informative, and timely manner
  • BA required
