- Execute client orders and trade processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery. Gain exposure to the end-to-end sales process and develop a foundational understanding of market operations.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. Assist in identifying client needs and opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to create and update compelling client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials. Ensure materials are tailored to client needs and reflect current market trends and data.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information, including transaction details and client interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including trading, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies. Share insights and ideas to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to build knowledge of financial markets, products, and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 experience in banking, finance, economics, or global markets. Exposure to financial markets and sales processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation with an interest in banking and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player.

- Experience in a sales support role within the financial industry.
