Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in Mortgage Finance Operations, you will process funding and paydown requests, manage customer accounts, and ensure all service level agreements are met. You will collaborate with various teams and serve as the primary interface with Mortgage Finance customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer funding and paydown requests
  • Balance customer funding and operating accounts
  • Maintain facilities, including haircuts and transfers
  • Conduct reporting and research
  • Utilize various technology applications
  • Report defects and enhancements to applications/processes
  • Participate in application user acceptance testing
  • Drive risk and control agenda
  • Prioritize and manage workflow, escalating when necessary
  • Analyze loan-level activity and resolve issues
  • Address client disputes with effective solutions and demonstrate adaptability

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and collateral management
  • Proven ability to work independently with excellent judgment
  • Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation
  • Experience managing high-volume workflow and account assignments
  • Experience in the approval and release of agency forms
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and client service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate knowledge of performance metrics and client invoices
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with Mortgage Finance Online (MFO) website
  • Knowledge of securitized products and related compliance requirements
