As a Loan Origination Analyst within Wholesale Lending Services, you will support the largest and most sophisticated corporate loan transactions in the market. You will primarily provide operational support to Debt Capital Markets on Term Loan B/institutional debt and the Corporate Investment Bank where we are the administrative agent. You are also responsible for monitoring corporate borrower's agency/debt ratings, financial ratios, utilization and Sustainability Linked Loans criteria across Wholesale lines of business to determine applicable interest rate levels for their syndicated loans.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with enhancements to a robust performance pricing review process
- Monitor data rooms/agency sites for compliance certificates; escalate discrepancies accordingly
- Monitor S&P, Moody, Fitch rating sites for corporate debt upgrades and downgrades
- Coordinate with credit underwriters and capital markets to validate borrower pricing changes
- Assist with a monthly review and control process to ensure clients are invoiced at the appropriate pricing rates
- Interpret & communicate complex issues to internal and external teams regarding interpretations of a variety of documents.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 1+ years of related business work experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills
- Flexible working schedule with some overtime required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred
- 1+ years of Commercial Loan operations experience
- Experience supporting syndicated loans and using LoanIQ preferred; credit underwriting or support roles accepted as a substitute, reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation or related legal documents/contracts as a substitute
This is a hybrid role which requires going into the office 3 days a week with 2 days flexibility to work from home, which is subject to change.
Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
