As a Liquidity & Account Solution Specialist within our Payments team, you will design end-to-end solutions to ensure funds are available at the right time, location, and currency. You will collaborate with corporate clients and Non-Bank Financial Institution to unlock value while meeting financial, regulatory, and business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market share and retaining our leading position in global liquidity management.

You will creatively combine traditional and next-generation products, such as blockchain and virtual accounts, to meet client needs and drive product innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in influencing product development and delivering market expertise to support platform transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead specialist on client/prospect calls and develop solutions tailored to clients' specific needs; Actively drive RFP responses by being instrumental in delivering client pitches at a global level.
  • Identify key areas of opportunity for client treasuries to actively position liquidity and account solutions to support intercompany trade or (merchant) settlement flows.
  • Apply all-round experience in various areas of liquidity and account structuring, and regulatory know-how with regards to corporates and licensed non-bank financial institutions, including third party money considerations.
  • Expand J.P. Morgan's share of our clients liquidity wallet by cross-selling with other regions and across JPM Lines of Business such as Trade and Merchant Services.
  • Provide thought leadership and deliver market expertise to drive product innovation and platform transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as market expert for regulations and market trends impacting automated funding, cash extraction, and pay-out / settlement in Asia Pacific
  • Ensure understanding of the risk attributes to Liquidity & Account Solutions, the client segments, and how the solutions are being used.
  • Partner with corporate bankers and treasury sales to proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, understand client buying and usage behavior, and the impact of regulations on their decisions.
  • Create focused programs to support effective sales targeting and delivery of balance/ revenue plans including training on sales enablement and product positioning.
  • Increase visibility with clients and in the industry, including client visits/feedback. Ensure all major development initiatives are backed by client validation and commitment to balance/ revenue growth.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking, fintech, or eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated experience in liquidity management or payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with market trends and regulatory changes in treasury services.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English as this role will support Chinese clients.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Awareness of domestic and international tax/accounting implications.
  • Strong organizational and strategic skills.
  • Experience in driving product innovation and platform transformation.
