Licensing and Regulatory Specialist

Bonifacio Global City, Philippines

This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. The Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist will report and analyze data for the Licensing and Regulatory Management Team for the Corporate Center Philippines. The team is in-charge of local regulatory compliances to Philippine Regulators, such as the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Bureau of Customs, National Telecommunication Commission, Department of Environment and Natural Resources and other permits from other government agencies.

As a Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships and communicating with both external and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for reporting, analyzing data, gap analysis and process improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, as well as with other teams within the firm
  • Prepare Internal reports
  • Prepare regulatory reporting, and other government submissions under the list of reportorial requirements
  • Adapt to and execute changes to regulatory requirements
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, and escalate concerns to direct manager
  • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental and team procedures and applicable systems
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental and team procedures and applicable system enhancements

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem solving / issue resolution skills as well as customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Alteryx and Tableau
