As a Product Manager in Lending Innovation, you will be a key player in developing new product offerings and managing the end-to-end product life cycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will create profitable products that deliver customer value. With your expertise in launching products, gathering feedback, and ensuring excellent client experiences, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products that exceed expectations.

  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
  • Conduct discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
  • Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Lead engineering and key partners to ensure clarity and confidence throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills (Optional):

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Technical expertise.
