As an Sr Product Associate, you will collaborate closely with our operations, technology, and product teams and to identify, analyze, and support AI/ML-driven initiatives across different business functions. Gain hands-on experience in project management/business analysis from requirements gathering to execution and contribute to the innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with AI/ML, Operations, Technology and Product Managers to learn techniques for eliciting, specifying, discovering, and documenting AI/ML use case requirements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to LRCO/AI/ML projects as set by leadership.
  • Support the AI/ML, Operations and Product teams by analyzing business needs and market opportunities for AI/ML applications.
  • Assist in research, data collection, and analysis to inform AI/ML project planning and execution.
  • Oversee AI/ML projects and provide status updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in AI/ML, data analysis, or project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Emerging knowledge of the AI/ML project lifecycle and product development processes.
  • Understanding of basic analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
  • 5 or more years within the finical industry.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience or coursework in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies aligned with organization's vision and goals.
