Learning Coordinator, Analyst (6 months contract)

As a Learning Coordinator in the Commercial and Investment Banking and Corporate Functions Talent team, you will be responsible for partnering with regional Learning and Talent Advisors in ensuring seamless delivery of regional training curriculum and talent programs. Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional program experience for participants, be it virtual, hybrid, or in-person.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end logistics related to delivery of on-going regional professional and technical skills curriculum.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, handling Statements of Work, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Manage the logistics related to program delivery and development initiatives - including create classes in the learning management system, monitor class enrollment to ensure optimal participation, send and monitor calendar invites if required, manage room reservations, organize multimedia setup, and related event management.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the Learning Management System, and have oversight on any system related queries for the APAC region
  • Partner with Learning and Talent Advisors on key flagship programs to understand end to end project plan and ensure deliverables associated with key milestones are met in a timely manner.
  • Update training metrics in the Learning Management System, generate learning data for reports as needed.
  • Manage internal trackers on training records and talent data, and support the team on any related data analysis.
  • Track and report on training expenses against budget for periodic regional and global reports
  • Support any Ad-hoc tasks on requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or coordination role, event planning, or equivalent in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail for producing accurate and high-quality reports and materials.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to learn new systems and interact with multiple systems efficiently.

This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 6 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
