As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Supply Chain - North America, you are responsible for ensuring stable and scalable product delivery. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and facilitate continuous product value delivery. You will leverage your expertise in software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline, and apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across multiple moderately scoped applications.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key tasks and enhance efficiencies
- Supports change management activities and ensures compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and resource allocation
- Applies technical knowledge to improve data and systems, ensuring end-to-end application monitoring
- Resolves issues and determines appropriate escalation paths
- Executes conventional approaches to address technical problems
- Partners with teams to identify capacity risks and manage remediation efforts
- Contributes to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Proven performance in product management or a relevant field.
- Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
- Familiarity with product deployment processes.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking, databases, and automation.
- Experience with multiple cloud technologies and migration across public and private clouds.

- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
