Job responsibilities
- Identify and provide solutions for business opportunities by identifying value in whitespace; including data analysis, business process redesign, supply chain and/or automation opportunities
- Craft a clear "from-to" blueprint and work with implementation and change experts to drive results
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to manage solutions research, analysis, and options
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Accountable for driving outcome achievement
- Driving delivery of scope/backlog, blocker removal and progress updates
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, strategy development, innovation, analytics, leading strategic programs
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to identify and solve business challenges
- Experience with Business Process Design tools like Signavio, Camunda.
- Data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx.
