Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager III within our team, you will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Your role is crucial in ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
- Utilize technical expertise to understand project complexities and provide guidance to the team.
- Drive accountability and ownership within the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in a technology-driven industry or with software development projects.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or other technical domains.
